Description
I was walking into a business meeting with some very wealthy people, when my cell phone rang. It was a friend of mine. He knew I had an important meeting that day. He asked, “How are you feeling?” I replied, “To be honest I am a little nervous. I will be the only broke guy in the room today.” He said, “God just gave me a word for you. Walk thru the vineyard like you own it.”
I knew it was a true word, because instantly, I was at peace. I remembered that God is my Father and that He owns all the gold and silver. I thought about the Psalm that says He owns the cattle on a thousand hills and everything belongs to Him.
I understood, it didn’t matter what I had. I realized, I was a son of the King and if a son, also an heir, and the Lord was challenging me to act like it.
Maybe the good Lord has led you into something much bigger than yourself? Know that you are a son or daughter of the King and if a son/daughter, also an heir and God is challenging you to WALK THRU THE VINEYARD LIKE YOU OWN IT!
The world teaches confidence in self, but at best, that is fleeting. The Lord teaches us to have confidence in Him and who we are in Christ, which is eternal and life-changing!
